Each Hollywood Film Workshop member are in the media arts industry. Our faculty are also members of the most influential professional organizations, including the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the Writers Guild of America, the Directors Guild of America, the Producers Guild of America, the American Society of Cinematographers and Screen Actors Guild.
Cameron Schmucker is an award winning cinematographer with 10+ years in the industry. Distinguishing himself with a clean high key style, he has been able to work alongside brands like Disney, Hollywood Records, MTV, Marvel, Universal Music, Nike, Folgers, Warner Music, Oxygen, Dreamworks TV, Levi, RCA Records, Capitol Records and more. Cameron has also premiered narrative work at numerous national and international film festivals. Based in Los Angeles, Cameron stays busy with commercial and music video work.
James Anderson is a trained historian and documentary filmmaker. Before earning his MFA degree in film production from California State University, Los Angeles, he completed a master's degree in history from the University of California, Berkeley, where he taught courses on the History of Science and US History. James also spent a year working in the history office at NASA Ames Research Center in Mountain View, California. He is currently editing a feature documentary and several short films. James lives in LA and has taught film production as an adjunct faculty member at California State University, Los Angeles.
GuanJr is graduated from National Taiwan University. He directed John Chang's music video "Train Bouncing". He's an independent film director and photographer based in Los Angeles. His photography is featured on Voyage LA, China Cultural News, New York NO TOFU Magazine.
Yan Hu is an animation instructor at Actor for Autism. Graduated from California State, Northridge. He produced the digital effects for smartphone App promotional video.
